1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how PT78 uses cookies and similar technologies on pt78.space. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Operator of this Website: PT78 — Ivan Hrebinchenko, individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, correspondence address Poznańska 37, 00-689 Warsaw, Poland, info@pt78.space.
2. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember your actions and preferences, measure how the site is used, and deliver and measure advertising. We also use similar technologies — tracking pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage and session storage. In this Policy, all of these are referred to as “cookies”.
First-party cookies are set by pt78.space. Third-party cookies are set by other organisations whose services we embed.
3. Your Consent
Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically, because the Website cannot function without them. All other cookies — functional, analytics and marketing — are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner.
Our banner offers three categories: Functional (which covers the strictly necessary cookies and the embedded booking calendar), Statistics and Marketing. You can accept all, reject all, or choose individual categories. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the Website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place beforehand.
We use Google Consent Mode, which instructs Google services to adjust their behaviour according to the consent choice you make. Where you decline, advertising and analytics identifiers are not set and only aggregated, non-identifying signals may be transmitted.
4. Cookies We Use
4.1 Functional: strictly necessary — always active
Required for the Website to operate: page delivery, security, form submission and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| wordpress_test_cookie | pt78.space | Checks whether your browser accepts cookies | Session |
| wordpress_logged_in_*, wp-settings-* | pt78.space | Keep site administrators signed in and store their interface preferences. These are not set for ordinary visitors. | Session – 1 year |
| elementor | pt78.space | Used by the page builder to render pages correctly (browser local storage) | Persistent |
| Consent record | pt78.space | Stores your cookie preferences so we do not ask on every visit | 12 months |
4.2 Functional: booking calendar — consent required
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __calendly_session, calendly_session_id and related | Calendly LLC (United States) | Powers the embedded booking widget used to schedule consultations; retains your booking session, time zone and progress through the form | Session – 12 months |
Calendly acts as an independent controller for the data it collects through the booking widget, including your name, email address and selected time. See calendly.com/privacy. If you prefer not to use the widget, you can book a consultation by emailing info@pt78.space.
4.3 Statistics — consent required
Help us understand how visitors find and use the Website — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, where they lose interest — so that we can improve it.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC | Distinguishes individual users for Google Analytics 4 | 24 months |
| _ga_<container-id> | Maintains session state for Google Analytics 4 | 24 months | |
| _gid | Distinguishes users over a 24-hour period | 24 hours | |
| _gat | Limits the rate of requests sent to Google Analytics | 1 minute | |
| _clck | Microsoft Corporation | Microsoft Clarity — persists a Clarity user identifier so that behaviour can be attributed to one visitor | 12 months |
| _clsk | Microsoft | Microsoft Clarity — links multiple page views within one session into a single recording | 24 hours |
| CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM | Microsoft | Microsoft Clarity and the Microsoft advertising network — identify the browser, synchronise identifiers and measure usage | Session – 13 months |
Session recording and heatmaps. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with this Website — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and the pages visited — and reconstructs those interactions as a session replay and as aggregated heatmaps. This helps us find usability problems. Clarity is configured to mask text content by default, so the text you type into forms is not captured. We do not use these recordings to identify individual visitors, and we do not attempt to link a recording to a named person. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
For Google Analytics, IP anonymisation is enabled. You may also install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
4.4 Marketing — consent required
Used to measure the performance of our advertising, to show relevant advertisements to people who have visited this Website, and to build audiences of similar business users on advertising platforms.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads — stores and reports ad click information for conversion measurement | 90 days | |
| _gcl_aw, _gcl_dc | Google Ads — attributes a conversion to the advertising click that produced it | 90 days | |
| IDE, test_cookie | Google (doubleclick.net) | Google Ads remarketing — recognises a browser across sites in order to show and measure our advertisements | Session – 13 months |
| _fbp | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd | Meta Pixel — identifies browsers for advertising delivery and conversion measurement on Facebook and Instagram | 90 days |
| fr | Meta | Delivers and measures advertising on Meta platforms | 90 days |
Meta Pixel. When you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel transmits to Meta the fact that you visited a page of this Website and which actions you took there, so that we can measure our advertising and address advertisements to you on Meta platforms. Where you hold a Meta account, Meta may associate this information with that account. PT78 and Meta act as joint controllers for the collection and transmission of this data; Meta’s subsequent processing takes place under its own responsibility. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and its Controller Addendum.
4.5 Tag management
We use Google Tag Manager to load and control the tags described above. Google Tag Manager does not itself set cookies or collect personal data; it is a container that decides which of the tools above may run, according to the consent you give.
5. Embedded Third-Party Content
This Website loads web fonts from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Loading these files transmits your IP address to Google’s servers so that the font can be delivered to your browser. No cookie is set by this service. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
6. International Transfers
Google, Microsoft, Meta and Calendly are established in, or transfer data to, countries outside the EEA and the UK, including the United States. Where that happens, transfers are made under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Further detail is in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Independently of our banner, you can control cookies through your browser settings — blocking them, deleting existing ones, or being warned before one is set. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website from working.
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.
8. Changes
We review this Policy whenever we add or remove a tool that sets cookies or loads third-party content. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
